Problems with your Medicaid service?
AFMC can take your comments and complaints.

You can call our toll-free hotline at 1-888-987-1200, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We’re there every day of the week, except state holidays. You can use the hotline even if you speak Spanish or are hearing impaired. When you call, we will ask for your:

• Name

• Medicaid number

• Address

• Telephone number

If you call after hours, our answering machine will take your message. If you call during our regular hours and we can’t get to the phone, you can also leave a message. We will work on your problem until we find an answer to what happened. We will advise you of our findings and work with you to get a solution to your concerns.
