SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION

Successful completion of the workshop for continuing education credit is defined as attending the entire day. Completion of the evaluation forms at each session is encouraged and appreciated.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Pharmacists

This program has been approved for 5.5 Pharmacist continuing education credits by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.

Occupational Therapists

This program has been approved for 2.5 Occupational Therapist continuing education credits by the Arkansas State Medical Board.

Physical Therapists

This program has been approved for 5.5 Physical Therapist continuing education credits by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.

American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA)

This program has been approved for 5.0 continuing education units for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

CPHQ

This program has been approved for 5.5 CE hours for CPHQ recertification by the National Association for Healthcare Quality.

NURSING

AFMC is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by Arkansas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC) designates this activity for up to 5.5 contact hours. 

LONG TERM CARE ADMINISTRATORS

This program has been approved for 5.5 continuing education hours by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Office of Long Term Care, Nursing Home Administrator Licensure Program.
