The MMCS beneficiary relations department is responsible for maintaining an effective outreach program with Medicaid beneficiaries.

Satisfaction Surveys

MMCS conducts comprehensive scientific surveys that measure recipient access and satisfaction. The survey results are used by Arkansas Medicaid to evaluate the program's successes and to identify areas of improvement. The results are often distributed to other groups such as physicians and legislators who can see how beneficiaries collectively feel about the programs.
