Public Health Emergency Extension

On July 15, 2022, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra, issued a renewal of determination that a public health emergency exists and will be effective on July 15, 2022, for an additional 90 days ending on October 14, 2022, unless it is further extended.
