Public Health Emergency Extension

Updated July 2022

On July 15, 2022, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra, issued a renewal of determination that a public health emergency exists and will be effective on July 15, 2022, for an additional 90 days ending on October 14, 2022, unless it is further extended. Renewal of Determination That A Public Health Emergency Exists
