2025 ACEs Summit Corporate Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

A portion of funds raised will be distributed directly to non-profit/s addressing adverse childhood experiences and supporting positive childhood experiences.

Corporate Sponsorship Details

• Organizations from all sponsorship levels will have the ability to create a company profile on the conference platform, CVENT attendee hub, to interact with attendees before or after the conference. Detailed instructions will be provided upon receipt of the sponsorship commitment.
• Organizations wishing only to exhibit should select the Copper level sponsorship. Exhibit spaces include one table and two chairs. Tablecloths are not provided.
• The sponsoring organization must provide high resolution logos, video messages, promo videos, and full-color ads by the requested deadlines.
• Social media shoutouts will include a social media post to X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn to thank the organization for sponsoring the event and include a link back to the organization’s website.
• Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsor organizations have the option of sharing a short company promotional video and allowing a company representative to introduce a speaker or an awardee based on the benefit level.
• Diamond and Platinum sponsor organizations have the option to provide a video message sharing why the Summit is important to their organization.
• Sponsorship commitments are accepted through July 31. Commitments received after June 30 may not appear in printed materials.
• Sponsorship invoices will be sent after July 1, unless you notify us that you need it sooner.
• A final report, including event summary and attendance statistics, will be available by request after September 1.
• Complimentary Registrations can be donated to those with financial restrictions. Contact aces@ afmc.org for details.
• A portion of funds raised will be distributed directly to non-profits addressing ACEs and creating PACEs. Nominations are open for the ACEs Summit PACEs Resilience Award through May 31, 2024.

Program Brochure Ad Sizes

Artwork for program brochure ads must be received no later than close of business Monday, June 30, to be included in the printed brochure.

All in-kind sponsors will receive:

• Two complimentary event passes for networking opportunities.
• Your logo featured in the Conference Brochure and Summit website.
• Display your business cards or brochure next to your Logo/Name placard in the sponsored area.
• Brand exposure of your donated items to all attendees, including but not limited to business & civic leaders, child and family advocates, early childhood professionals, educators, education administrators, school nurses, healthcare professionals, mental and behavioral health professionals, and parents and caregivers.
