ACCREDITATION STATEMENTS
PHYSICIAN/NURSE/PA/DO/PHARMACIST:
The AAFP has reviewed 2026 Arkansas DHS Provider Quality Assurance Conference and deemed it acceptable for up to 9.25 Live AAFP Elective credit(s). Term of Approval is from 11/04/2026 to 11/05/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed credit, not as Category 1.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the following organizations. Please contact them directly about how participants should report the credit they earned.

2026 DPSQA Conference, November 4th –5th, 2026. (9.25 hours). The Arkansas Substance Abuse Certification Board in association with the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) has approved your training for the above-listed hours.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST:
The Physical Therapy application has been submitted. Determination of credit is pending.

This program meets AAPC guidelines for 4.5 CEUs. Can be split between Core A, CEMC, CFPC, CIMC, CPMA, CPCO, CDEO for continuing education units.

SOCIAL WORKER:
The Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board accepts cross-disciplinary offerings from medicine, law, administration, education and the behavioral sciences if they are clearly related to the enhancement of social work practices, values, skills, and knowledge. It is the licensee’s responsibility, using professional judgment, to determine which educational activities are applicable and appropriate to his/her professional development as a social worker. A certificate of attendance must be retained for your record of attendance.

After the event, you will receive an evaluation survey by email. Please complete the survey to access and download your certificate of attendance. You must complete the survey questions for all sessions attended to receive CEUs and the certificate of attendance.
